A1 lifts are taking suitable action to ensure we reduce any risk to our staff, customers and any third parties concerning Covid-19.
Following the advice from the UK Government, Public health England and the World health organization, we have implemented new working practices to reduce any disruption to our business and relationship with our customers. The safety of our staff, customers and any third parties we work with is paramount.
As advised, we are following the social distancing rule (2 metres apart). No face to face meetings will be going ahead, we will however continue to handle queries regarding current and new lift installations, modernizations and maintenance contracts over the telephone or via email.
We are still continuing with our 24 hour, 7 days a week breakdown service and would also like to mention that if your current lift provider will not attend a breakdown call out to your site, we will be happy to assist you with this.
We have stopped deliveries, engineers and any other third parties from entering our office. All deliveries are left outside of the building and they are being signed on our behalf by the courier. Our office staff and engineers have implemented a new system to allow them to work in unconnected environment reducing the risks of spreading this virus.
